The client toolkit is a US$19 digital ZIP download. It includes an offline document builder, CSV tracker, checklists, email templates and instructions. Any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.

Personalised proposal setup is US$49 for one proposal based on your supplied brief, one revision to clarify the supplied details, and the client toolkit. Proposal preparation and review are manual. Delivery timing is agreed with the seller by email. Contact the seller before purchasing if you have a fixed deadline. You must review the final document and confirm its commercial and legal terms before sending it to your client. No client-win or income outcome is guaranteed.

After payment is verified, your download page provides the pack. Keep its link private and bookmark it for repeat downloads. If your download fails, refresh the page or contact the seller with your Stripe receipt reference. Do not send card information.

You may edit and reuse the templates for your own business and client projects. You may share finished client documents. You may not resell or redistribute the original source pack.

The templates are operational tools, not legal or tax advice. Estimates depend on your inputs. No income or business result is guaranteed.

For a missing, inaccessible or defective download, contact the seller for assistance, replacement or a refund where appropriate. Your mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
