The free calculator runs in your browser. It does not send project names, rates, hours or quote details to our server. We do not use advertising trackers.

When you buy, Stripe processes payment and collects the checkout information required to complete your purchase. We retrieve payment status to unlock your download. We do not collect or store card details on this site. Hosting and payment providers may retain technical request logs for security and operation.

If you purchase personalised proposal setup, your submitted brief is processed and stored with the order in Stripe. The seller uses that brief and your checkout email to prepare the proposal and discuss delivery. Do not submit passwords or confidential information.

Your private download-page link grants access to your toolkit. Do not share it. The offline tool does not upload or save your document inputs.
